Una de las finalidades del acompañamiento pedagógico es generar y fortalecer una cultura de revisión e innovación de la práctica pedagógica, orientada hacia la mejora de la calidad educativa; sin embargo, no es menos cierto que este proceso genera algún tipo de resistencia por parte de los docentes. En el presente ensayo, se abordará esta forma de resistencia, la visualización que tiene el docente del acompañamiento, se planteará como este tipo de resistencia está relacionada a la cultura y la práctica social y se establecerán estrategias cónsonas al enfoque histórico cultural para atender esta situación.
